Billie Dean Davis, 90, of Mexico Beach, FL formerly of Bessemer, AL passed away on Thursday, June 26, 2018. Billie Dean was a member of Beach Baptist Chapel, formerly active member of Second Baptist Church. She retired from Alfa Insurance and was one of the first female agents in the state of Alabama. Billie Dean was past president of BPW. She was a loving wife, devoted mother, and a proud Nana. Billie Dean was preceded in death by her husband, William Robert Davis Sr. and her son-in-law, CE Ray "Reggie" III. She is survived by her son, William Robert "Butch" (Brenda) Davis Jr.; her daughter, Karon Anne "Micki" Davis Ray; her grandchildren, Meagan Nicole Davis (Jake) Hudson, William Rhett Davis, Melissa Ray (Michael) May, Patrick Bryan (Monica) Ray; her great grandchildren, Anna Hudson, Devyn Ray, Bogdan May and Yulia May Voloshchuk; her great great grandchildren, Karolina and Artem Voloshchuk; her sisters, Frances Keller (Theron) Howard and Martha Keller Langston. Chapel service will be held on Monday, July 30, 2018 at 11:00 a.m. at Bessemer Brown Service Funeral Home. Family will receive friends on Monday from 9:30 a.m. until service time. Pastor David Nichols will be officiating. Burial will be at Cedar Hill Cemetery.
