Donald "Donnie" Moreland, age 70 , of Brookwood , Alabama, passed away on Sunday, June 12, 2022. Donnie retired from U.S. Steel with 35 years of service. He was a member of The Old Blue Creek Baptist Church. He is preceded in death by his parents, Herman and Anita Moreland. He is survived by his wife Gena' Moreland; son, Glen (Jennifer) Moreland; grandchildren, Kerry and Kallie Moreland; brothers, Ron ( Grace) Moreland, David (Myra) Moreland. A graveside service will be held on Monday, June 20, 2022 at Old Blue Creek Cemetery 5653 Blue Creek Road, Bessemer, Alabama, at 11:00 am. With, Brother Roscoe Kornegay officiating.
