Eugene Harvey "EH" Gentry

November 16, 1928 - January 19, 2022

Eugene "EH" Gentry age 93 of Hueytown AL passed away peacefully on Wednesday 1/19/2022. EH was a veteran of the US Army serving in the Korean war. He was a loving father, devoted brother and proud friend to all who knew him. He was a graduate of West Blocton High School, where he enjoyed playing all sports. He was preceded in death by his wife Sally McKenzie Gentry, his parents Eugene Hobson and Clara Yeager Gentry, sister Eva Hesser and brother Jack Gentry. He is survived by his daughter Cindy Gentry Guyton; brother Thomas L. (Faye) Gentry; sister Carolyn (Tommy) White.
