Ms. Jessie V. Hogue, age 88, of Dothan, AL, went home to be with the Lord on Friday, February 23, 2018. Jessie was preceded in death by her husband Reverend Billy E. Hogue. Funeral services will be held at 11:00 a.m. Wednesday, February 28, 2018 at Bessemer Brown Service Funeral Home with her nephew, Reverend Tim Vining, officiating.
