Miss Nora Jean Gilbert went home to live with the Lord on April 30, 2018. Miss Gilbert lived the past 5 years at Self Health Care in Hueytown. she attended Grant Street Baptist Church in Bessemer, most of her life. She worked at 4th Ave. Supermarket in Bessemer for 60 years. She is survived by her cousins only. Graveside service will be on Thursday, May 3, 2018 at 11:00 a.m. at Cedar Hill Cemetery. Visitation for Miss Gilbert will be on Thursday from 9:30 - 10:30 a.m. at Bessemer Brown Service Funeral Home.
