Pauline "Polly" Oglesby Greenlee

March 11, 1927 - March 1, 2022

Pauline "Polly" Oglesby Greenlee, 94, of Vance, Alabama passed away March 1, 2022. Polly was a lifetime faithful member of Evergreen Baptist Church, Vance. She was volunteer at the Vance Library and DCH Medical Center for many years. Polly retired as a hairdresser. She was a loving wife, devoted mother, and proud NaNa. She was preceded in death by her husband of seventy years, Fred Greenlee; her parents, Callie and Mola Oglesby; her sister, Bernice Manzella, and her baby brother, Roy Neal Oglesby. She is survived by her daughter, Jacque Greenlee; her grandson, Daniel Greenlee; her granddaughter, Marie Hunter; her special grandbabies, Ember Rose, and Ameria Grace Dunn; her brother, Ray (Donna) Oglesby, several nieces, nephews, and extended loving family and friends. Funeral service will be Monday, March 7, 2022 at 11:00 a.m. at Evergreen Baptist Church with burial following at Cedar Hill Cemetery. Bro. Jack Clary and Bro. Todd Burkhalter will be officiating the service. The family will receive friends Monday from 10:00 a.m. until service time at the church.
