Regina "Gina" Dannielle Tyler

Regina "Gina" Dannielle Tyler, 63, of Hueytown, AL passed away January 5, 2022. Regina "Gina" Tyler passed away peacefully with her three sons by her side. She was born in Glasgow Scotland and an accomplished violinist who traveled around Europe to perform in her childhood years. When she was a teenager, she moved to the US where she met her soulmate, Steve. She was a graduate of UAB and a nurse, an avid Alabama football fan where all three of her sons graduated from. She was a loving wife, sister, daughter, mother and grandmother to her granddaughter Stella who made her light up with joy every time she saw her. She was preceded in death by her husband, Ernest "Steve" Tyler; her mother, Jessie Tyler; and her grandmother, Maggie Moffat and her grandfather, William Moffat. Gina is survived by her sons, Stephen Tyler, Micheal (Julie) Tyler and David Tyler; her granddaughter, Stella Grace Tyler and her siblings, Maggie (Manny) Garcia, Peter Tyler, David Tyler and Sheila Dodson. Funeral service will be Monday, January 10, 2022 at 2:00 p.m. at Bessemer Brown Service Funeral Home. The family will receive friends Monday from 1:00 p.m. until service time at the funeral home.
