Thomas Wayne Demotte Obituary - Visitation & Funeral Information

Thomas Wayne Demotte, 80, of Bessemer, AL, went home to be with the Lord, July 31, 2022. Wayne was a longtime member of Tannehill Church. He retired from U.S. Pipe with seventeen years of service. PapPaw was a wonderful person. Wayne was proud to service his country in the US Air Force. He was a loving husband, devoted father and proud PapPaw. He was preceded in death by his son, Rusty and Mike Beasley and his daughter, Lynn Beasley Allison. Wayne is survived by his loving wife of 44 years, Lenora Singleton Demotte; his daughter, Grace Beasley; his grandchildren, Miranda (Ben) Rosenbloom, Barry Beasley, Stephen Allison, T.J. Williams, and Lisa Beasley; his great granddaughter, Marie Allison ; his great grandson, Garrett Williams; his son-in-law, Mark Allison; his daughter-in-law Paula Evans Beasley; his beloved nephew, Boyce Demotte and his grandnephew, Cameron Demotte. Funeral service will be Thursday, August 4, 2022 at 11:00 a.m. at Bessemer Brown Service Funeral Home with burial following at Macedonia Cemetery by South Shade Crest. The family will receive friends Wednesday, August 3, 2022 from 5:00 until 7:00 p.m. at the funeral home. Bro. Ron Martin and Grace Beasley will be officiating the service.
